Patricio Nuño
Patricio graduated in 2007 from Universidad Católica de Chile with high Honors in Classical Guitar Performance.  Since his graduation he became the Guitar Professor at Universidad de Las Americas (Chile) for 4 years.  During his university years he received Master classes from Roberto Aussel, Hopkinson Smith and Roland Dyens.  His deep interest in classical and folk music for guitar, led him to expand his knowledge and repertoire to jazz, improvisation and latin music.

Patricio is currently preparing for his Masters Recital in November, under the guidance of Gunter Herbig.

About Iliya:

Iliya Kristoff was born in 1971 in Plovdiv – the second largest city in Bulgaria. He started playing guitar at the age of six. By age nine he was winning national classical guitar competitions. He took first award in Bulgaria’s national biannual guitar contest three years in a row from 1981 to 1985. Iliya graduated from the High School of Music in Plovdiv in 1990 and in 1994 he obtained his Masters degree in Music Pedagogy from Bulgaria’s Academy of Music and Dance, Plovdiv. Iliya has ten awards from Bulgarian national classical guitar competitions and two awards from international classical guitar competitions. Iliya and his wife Stefka have been living in Tauranga, New Zealand since 2002. They became New Zealand citizens in 2006.
